Started playing Tales of Vesperia again, and the strangest thing happened. I'm at the point where I'm supposed to go rescue Estelle, with Raven having supposedly died. However, I had absolutely no clue where to go next thanks to the large time gap, and just wandered around the world map, eventually ending up at Phaeroh's dungeon/home thingy. There's a warp point to Yormgen there, and a cutscene that triggers it. However, apparently the game didn't expect me to go there without a full party (regardless of the fact that there's absolutely nothing to fight there) but both Raven and Estelle were in the cutscene, and suddenly also in my party.

So I went traipsing through Herakles with Estelle. Believe me, it's a lot easier when you don't have to rely on Raven for heals. Of course, after Herakles I lost her again.

And now I'm lost in that damned Imperial Palace. go go walkthroughs?

Hm, interesting!

I am actually stuck at the palace right now. >_< I think it will be a matter of luck that gets me through it....

Yeah, the palace gave me a lot of difficulty as well, since I hadn't noticed that there were branching rooms in the audience chamber as well. And then I kept hitting the statues out of order ^^;
